A hidden gem for a trek



Mardi Himal trek is one of Nepal's trekking destinations, which has gained popularity in recent years. It is located on the eastern side of the Annapurna Base Camp trek. Mardi Himal is a trekking peak with an elevation of just 5587m.


This peak is open for tourists to climb. The Mardi Himal trekking trail was opened for trekking in 2012. The trek offers trekkers who are bound by the restriction of time. It offers a great mesmerizing experience of trekking in the Himalayas in a minimum amount of time.


This trek offers glorious view of the majestic mountains Annapurna I (8,091m), Dhaulagiri (8,167m), Hiunchuli (6,441m), Annapurna II (7,937m), Annapurna III (7,555m), Annapurna South (7,219m), Machhapuchre Fishtail (6,993m). This trek offers trekkers the experience they will remember for their lifetime.


The trek begins from Pokhara, also known as the city of lakes following through Dhampus. It leads through the Rhododendron forests leading to the high altitude pastures to the High camp. And on the descent the trail follows through the mountainous village settlements ultimately reaching to the city of the lakes.
